ITALIANI cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. The client has the right to have the Products brought into conformity, free of charge, by repair or replacement (the Client is entitled to select to have Product repaired or replaced in accordance with applicable law), or, in case of failure of one of the solutions above to have an appropriate reduction in the price of the Products or, if applicable, to have the contract cancelled. Please notify us within a reasonable time after you have detected the defects. If ITALIANI consider the products to be defective, and wish the product to be repaired or replaced or refunded, ITALIANI will cover all the costs including shipping costs.
PRICESPrices are stated in different currencies. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but including the Italian VAT tax. Shipping costs shall be added to the price of the Products and are indicated separately during checkout. For delivery to other Countries where duties and taxes are applicable, within the order form and at checkout the Client will be shown the automatic message “Duties Paid” or “Duties Unpaid” according to the country where the item will be shipped. If duties are unpaid, the additional costs for duties and taxes will be calculated and requested by the courier at delivery and is under all circumstances charged directly to the Client.
TAX FREE (NON EU CUSTOMERS)All our prices include 22% VAT (Italian tax) for all European Union countries. Customers outside of the European Union, will see prices already free of VAT charge, therefore they won’t pay the charge.
PRICE CHANGESITALIANI reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.
PAYMENTSITALIANI accepts the majority of international credit cards and many other payments methods such as Sofort, Apple Pay, Alipay and Paypal. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched and in the same currency as the prices you see on the website. Online payments is made with our partner STRIPE. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
SECURITYSecurity for the safety of your personal information, ITALIANI uses STRIPE payment service provider / SSL Certificates to encrypt information passed to and from the website during registration and checkout. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser window when SSL is activated. Your credit card details will never be visible to ITALIANI or our payment service provider.
CURRENCIESYour card will be charged in the currency you see on the website. If that is your local currency no extra conversion costs are applied. ITALIANI cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the currency shown in ITALIANI’s website into any other currency.
All orders will be shipped from our shop in Pescara, Italy. ITALIANI’s courier is DHL and uses DHL world wide express shipping method. All orders are shipped on working days: Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays. We will send you a Tracking Number for your order. Subsequently the Client will receive a contact email by DHL with the information required to contact the courier if you have any special request on delivery. Shipping times are 1/2 working days in Italy, 2/3 working days within the European Union, 4/5 working days for countries outside the European Union. Note that additional days may be required for remote locations. Please note these delivery times are approximate, and may vary slightly according to the courier and the Country you are shopping from. Please make sure you select the Country where you want your order delivered before you proceed to checkout.
SHIPPING CHARGESShipping charges will be added to your order. Orders above a certain threshold (usually 380 Euros or any other currency equivalent) are free of charge. ITALIANI reserves the right at any time to change the shipping charges and threshold; shipping charges will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process. All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that duty and tax fees included in the final price. Other countries on DDP are United States, Canada, Switzerlad, Japan, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea. Clients ordering from the rest of the world are to take care of any duty and tax fees. Customers will correspond this amount to the carrier.
WHERE WE DELIVEROur online store ships Worldwide with few exceptions. Remember to select the Country you want to ship to before you start your shopping, as the products you save in your Shopping Bag and Wish List will no longer be available if you change Country. Also our catalogue and services will be updated accordingly. The courier cannot ship to some areas or addresses, such as PO Boxes. Please write to email@example.com for additional information and requests.
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order or part of your order. You must return the products to the ITALIANI store in perfect condition. Returned goods must be unworn and unwashed, in original conditions with all labels attached and in the original packaging. We cannot accept incomplete, used or damaged items. The client has to ensure the goods are securely packaged so that the goods are not damaged in transit. To return an item, you must write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number. To exchange an item send an email to email@example.com if you want us to reserve another size or product. ITALIANI will send you a return confirmation email with a pre-compiled label. If you choose to return the item using DHL, the label you received by email has to be attached to the outside of the box. You can contact the couriers through the DHL website to organize a pick-up within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation email. The cost of the return is the same of the delivery charge; it may vary according to your country. The return cost will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship the parcel with a different courier, shipping costs will be at your expense and we will be no responsible for any loss or damage to the items. The client has to ensure the goods are securely packaged so that the goods are not damaged in transit. If you choose to exchange an item, we shall pay for the new exchange item to be delivered. We ask that customers outside the European Union will mark any returned packages with “Returning to country of origin” to prevent any delays at the relevant customs authorities. You will receive an email to acknowledge the return has been accepted.
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, you will normally see the credit in your bank or PayPal account within the followin 7 days, 30 business days at the latest, after ITALIANI receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card or Paypal account you used for the order in question. Please note, Refunds or Exchanges are not valid with Magazines and Books.
