During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order or part of your order. You must return the products to the ITALIANI store in perfect condition. Returned goods must be unworn and unwashed, in original conditions with all labels attached and in the original packaging. We cannot accept incomplete, used or damaged items. The client has to ensure the goods are securely packaged so that the goods are not damaged in transit. To return an item, you must write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number. To exchange an item send an email to email@example.com if you want us to reserve another size or product. ITALIANI will send you a return confirmation email with a pre-compiled label. If you choose to return the item using DHL, the label you received by email has to be attached to the outside of the box. You can contact the couriers through the DHL website to organize a pick-up within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation email. The cost of the return is the same of the delivery charge; it may vary according to your country. The return cost will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship the parcel with a different courier, shipping costs will be at your expense and we will be no responsible for any loss or damage to the items. We ask that customers outside the European Union will mark any returned packages with “Returning to country of origin” to prevent any delays at the relevant customs authorities. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, you will normally see the credit in your bank or PayPal account within the followin 7 days, 30 business days at the latest, after ITALIANI receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card or Paypal account you used for the order in question. Please note, Refunds or Exchanges are not valid with Magazines and Books.
